A fun commission painting 2 native Tuis on a Kowhai tree branch. The Tuis feed on the nectar and consequently spread to other areas. These birds and this event of pollination I have named “The Native exchange” where two natives, bird and tree, exchange essentials from their inventory.
I had the pleasure of painting Sonny Fai and Jason Taumololo on one of the classrooms at Kedgeley Intermediate today. Two heroes, one deceased. It was a privilege to honour Sonny Fai to an awesome school. painted with Molotov cans.
