Was a great opening night at the Kings Art Show this year. The 2019 show brought me two new sales and a lot of new faces! Awesome to have the model come along to the opening night too and meet potential buyers and organisers. But unfortunately neither of us got to meet the buyer of the piece. Very happy with the result!

Je Danse was an awesome project I had the pleasure of doing after discovering this awesome talent. Je Danse means ‘I dance’ in French which was beautifully named by my model in this picture, Aleksandra. A lot of planning and coordination went into this process and then drawing it created a lot of excitement and challenges. I was very impressed to learn a lot about pole dancing and what goes into the dance. A lot of strength and flexibility is only some of the things you must excel in to participate in this. So I only hope that by me creating a stance of which can look graceful and contemporary, but also showing the back muscle activation, that can tell a story more than just what you see.
